Prices and Payment
All prices are in € and include VAT if you are located inside EU. If you are located outside EU the prices exclude VAT aftere you have registered in the shop. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by paypal and transfer from bank to bank. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your order, checked details and stock availability and dispatched your goods. The order is complete after we receive the money.

If you pay with paypal you have to pay the costs of 1,9 % + 0,35 Euro for € currency and from 2,5 % to 4 % depending on the curreny in addition to the invoice.
By clicking as term of payment „paypal“ in the shop or in the form you send by e-mail, you will communicate that you would like to pay by Paypal.
If you order by filling the Internet form or by fax:
Use for it the designations indicating on the Internet pages. Best you use the article numbers (custom code).
If it is not exactly clear, which parts you need, describe in detail, which requirements your DIY kit should have. E.G. audio output stage, digital output stage, symmetrical output stage etc.
You make your order in the shop:
You follow the information in the shop.
Filling out of the shop and send the order is valid first only as inquiry.
If you accept the offer, pay, as you have wished it in the order. (prepayment / Paypal)
If you accept this bill, transfer the amount on our account.
Use for it the bank code, which is indicated on the bill down and under terms of payment.
If you transfer the money, you confirm the order and the order becomes obligatory.
We deliver worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 8-15 working days. Depends on country we ship the parts. The shipping is insured up to 500 €. Higher amounts are risk of the customer. It is also possible to send goods in two independent parcels with insurance. That means 1000,- € insurance. But higher shipping costs.
The delivery costs depends on the country we ship. You receive the detailed costs with our offer.
Terms of delivery:
We ship the goods with DHL or TNT.
The dispatch takes place at the expense and danger of the customer (orderer).
The dispatch is insured to 500 € with DHL and 2500,- € with TNT. If you wish a higher insurance, alternatively the commodity can be dispatched in two separated packages.
The costs of the dispatch compute themselves by the size and/or the weight of the package. If it makes necessary in-plant operational sequence, we dispatch to partial deliveries.
The risk of damage and loss during shipping is from the moment when the package leaves our premises on the part of the purchaser.
The order starts with the registration. Only when you have registry you have full functionality and can place the order.
We supply exclusively only after receipt of payment by money transfer to our account or Paypal.
After arrival of the money you receive a confirmation of the receipt of payment by email
After this email usually it will take 3-5 days up to the distribution offence for small kits and single components.
For greater order example: A complete Player or Amplifier the treatment takes 7-15 days depending upon situation concerning orders. Because we work at complete kits only in customers request, a longer operating time is here necessary to complete the order cleanly.
Depending upon country to that the package is dispatched it lasts up to 12 days, until you receive the package.
We communicate to you the duration of the dispatch in our offer.
If a part should not be in stock, we dispatch partial deliveries.
After You receive the parcel please check, if the parcel is not damaged and if all parts are included. If You are not sure or the detailed delivery note is lost, please contact us immediately for detailed information. A damaged parcel You have to complain direct to the postman.
For all other problems especially lost or damaged parts You have to complain to us via E-mail or FAX within 5 days. After this period an complaint is impossible. We have to complain ourselves the delivery to DHL and must have a handling time of one day. The deadline for a complaint at DHL is 6 days. After that it is impossible to get back the money from the insurance in case of a damage.
If the parcel is lost, please contact us. We give you a match code for your local post office for an investigation.
If this is unsuccessful, please contact us again. We will start an investigation by DHL from here.
The handling time of DHL is up to 3 weeks until the insurance pay for a lost parcel. If the insurance pay we refund You the money
You have the right to cancel within fourteen days without giving any reason this contract.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date, who have taken last in possession of the goods you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier or has received the last partial delivery.

You can also download the form of the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement to complete and submit to us. Make use of this opportunity, we will forward to you immediately (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal.

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.
The right of withdrawal does not exist with
• Supplies of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable because of its nature for a return.
• The same applies to kits that have already been assembled by the customer or where changes have been made by the customer.
• delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for their production of an individual choice or decision by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• Contracts for the supply of goods when they were mixed after delivery due to their nature inseparably with other goods.
Effects of withdrawal
If you cancel the contract in a timely manner, we will all payments we have received, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us expensive type of standard delivery) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day back, on which the notification is received through your revocation of the contract concluded with us. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The customer shall bear any diminished value of the goods only if this value loss is due to a not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling by the customer.
For all other goods: We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that they sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days. In the case of an effective return the mutually received benefits are to be refunded and, if necessary pulled uses.
The right of withdrawal does not exist
In case of deterioration of the thing and use (eg benefits), some of which can not be edited or not, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for lost value. Returning the goods / packaging
The return of merchandise must take place in a designated box. This is especially true for ESD sensitive products. We deliver the products in special packaging to protect the highly sensitive components against static electricity. The best made are returned in the original packaging or equivalent packaging.
If electronic equipment is not sent back in an appropriate packaging, which may be damaged. In case of damage due to improper packing a redemption for highly sensitive products is excluded

After-Sales Services and Guarantees
General 24 month guarantee
The warranty period is two years for newly manufactured items in used, revised terms of one year. If the customer is a businessman, a legal entity under public law or public law special fund, the warranty period is one year. Unless it has been otherwise agreed.
For CD-Pro modules or similar products the guarantee for customers, that are entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law or public special assets, as well for those purchaser/customers for that the paragraphs of BGB's not apply, is limited to 3 months.
The Customer shall inspect the goods upon delivery for defects immediately. Obvious defects must be immediately, but at least inform the contractor in writing within one week of receipt of the goods. In this regard are not obvious defects, not reprimanded in time or not in the prescribed manner so voids the warranty. Other defects are reported to the contractor within a week since knowledge. The contractor shall be liable for advertising claims or defects in the instructions only to purchasers who are consumers. Imperfections that affect neither the value nor the suitability or usability of the work of significance are excluded from the guarantee. The contractor shall be entitled to remedy at its discretion. This means that deciding whether a repair or a replacement delivery is made. If subsequent performance fails, the contractor is entitled to repeat subsequent performance. Even in the case of a repeated fulfillment of the entrepreneur chooses between new delivery or removal of defects. The customer is only entitled if the supplementary performance has failed repeatedly to cancel the contract and / or to claim damages. Claim to damages only if the contractor is responsible for gross negligence or willful misconduct. The compensation is limited in each case to the negative interest. Compensation for consequential damages is excluded unless they are based on intent.
We can not guarantee that our CD player kits work perfect with any DAC in the global market. Also, we can not guarantee that our devices are immune to any interference from the AC Main Power Line.
Place of performance and jurisdiction
Performance is the place of establishment of the contractor. Insofar as the customer is a businessman, a legal entity under public law or public special property, jurisdiction is the place of establishment of the contractor.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
